You need to decide also the reliability of the server. This is measured in uptime and the response time of the server. Web host should provide quick response time of the page requested on your . Also the uptime should be higher than 99.9%. If you are getting less up time than 98% then you need to change your web host.

Customer support is also an important factor to consider. You need to have good customer service to generate good user experience. All web hosts provide 24×7 supports by email. Some do provide instant online support and only few provide phone support. Support is also an important factor while purchasing service.

Price is also an important factor. You will get shared account from $3 to $9 per month price. You get dedicated account around $150 per month.
