Places To Find For Expired Domain

There are lots of places on the web to find lists of expired domains. For example check out odditysoftware.com.

The thing is though, that not all expired domains are equal. I used to find domains that are still indexed in Google and Yahoo, have backlinks showing in Yahoo, and don’t have “fake” pagerank.

Sometimes you’ll find a domain that says pagerank 5, but no pages in Google. How is that possible? Because it’s possible to fake pagerank, not exactly sure how, but it’s being done every day. But if you do a info:domain.com in google, make sure that the site google returns is the same as the one you’re checking.
