Estibot.com Tool Review: Bulk Domain Appraisal

This is my review of the Estibot.com Bulk Domain Appraisal tool

Estibot.com is most known for it’s single Domain Appraisal tool but the Bulk Appraisal is a very big plus for those who want to check more then one domain name at a time. The bulk tool is offered with different levels per subscription:

• Domainer Pro Exclusive: 1,000

The bulk appraisal is just like the single appraisal tool but done in bulk and the results are displayed in a Excel style format. You simply take a list of domain names and paste them into the box and hit submit.

This tool works great for expired domain name lists, auction list, large domain for sale lists or simply any bulk list of domain names.

For today’s test, I visited SnapNames.com and copied the Featured Domain list on it’s home page (at the bottom). Now doing this also included Order By dates which I do not want in the list. Using another great tool from Esitbot Domain Extractor, which allows you to paste in nearly ANYTHING you have copied that includes domain names and extracts JUST the domain names in a nice and clean list. Very slick tool!

The bulk appraisal tool is not super fast, but it also provides you with a TON of info for each domain name, so the short wait for your list to be done is worth it. You can see each domain and it’s metrics as the system finishes each domain. The metrics given for each domain name are as follows:

• Domain Name
• Term (keywords split up)
• Appraisal
• Appraisal w/ traffic
• Google Results
• Total Searches
• Avg. CPC
• Alexa
• Traffic/ Day
• PPC Ads
• Max Bid (PPC)
• Overture
• Wordtracker
• TLD’s Taken (Taken, Available, For Sale, No Data) com, net, org, info, us, tv

As I have expressed before, I do not like appraisals to put a dollar value on any domain name. They are either High or Low and likely not many would agree with the specific price given. Again, Estibot is a tool to try an help you, but I think the Exact Dollar amount for a domain should be just a guide. It allows you to search by High Number which can help make a specific domain name POP out at you. In return, this can make searching through a large list MUCH easier to find the goodies.

Estibot uses A LOT of metrics to display a price and is the most accurate "computer" appraisal system available.

Once your scan is done, Estibot also provides you with Two Text Box’s. In these boxes include your bulk appraisal data in a CSV format and Delimited format which you can use in many ways! This is a nice little bonus!

The bulk appraisal tool from Estibot is a Great Tool and I would rate it a 5 out 5! Not only do you get a quick appraisal in bulk, you get a huge amount of metrics for each domain name to further assist you. (use the link above to see how the results are displayed)

Pros: Large amount of data for each domain name, pretty fast results.

Cons: Doesn’t allow for "huge" amounts of domains to be appraised, but considering the amount of metrics you get for each domain, I can understand why the amount is what it is. Wish the column were sortable.
