Businesses are expensive to run and expensive to start up. Furthermore, they often have low profit margins. This means that you will need to make multiple capital investments over the course of your business and pay them back over time. In order to do that, you will need to get a loan. Even though paying for it up front is cheaper, you cannot afford to go without a fridge for more than a day or two. If you do, you will die. The fridge is therefore an investment in your continued existence, just as the business loan will pay out more than it costs in the future of your business.
