I am creating my web page for fun. I tried to find the sites for submitting my domain for free, I couldn’t find them. I only see is that they’re pay with the credit card. I don’t know how can I make a domain name and placing it. Help me out!

I am looking for a web hosting service, however I am located in the Philippines. There are a lot of web hosting services, but I would like to know which offers the best quality in service.
No downtime, high bandwidth, low price, etc. Money is not a problem, but of corse you want to get your money’s worth.

And where is a free site where I can sell domain names?
I know about ebay and they charge to sell names. Is there a free place to sell domain names besides craigslist?
And I want to find the very cheapest transfer price for domain names to transfer from one registrar to the next.

Let’s say you have a domain name, and a Blogger account, and you want the Blogger account to show up when you go to the domain name, but not to simply be forwarded from the domain name to the blogger account, but rather for the contents of the blogger account to *appear* at the domain name. How woudl you do that?
